Comfortable holiday villa, situated in a small complex area of KM 1 on the road from Las Marinas, 5 minutes walk from the beach. The house is located on a small, private property and is surrounded by several terraces. One of them has a small swimming pool (portable), surrounded by artificial lawn, as well as sun loungers, a large dining table with umbrella and transportable grill. For entertainment there is a basketball net and a dartboard. The location of this cottage is very well, right behind it is the tennis club Denia, a large supermarket and several restaurants, the center of Denia is by short walk of just 15 minutes.
