Denia, Pedreguer, La Xara, but also Jesus Pobre and Javea, can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The house is surrounded by orange and lemon trees and from the hill offers a beautiful view over the valley and surroundings. An ideal holiday home for clients who are looking for a quiet and rural environment. The house has been completely renovated three years ago but the owners have conserved the original, tipical spanish features of the Finca. This rental property consists of a principal building and a seperate, small guesthouse.
