From the living room you have access to the garden with pool and from there you reach the beach directly through a small gate. The holiday house has 2 floors and offers a fantastic view over the sea, the beach and the surrounding mountains. The garden has a barbecue grill, therefore this beach house is ideally suited for nice evenings directly by the sea. Restaurants and bars are very near. The centre of Denia is only about 15 minutes by car.
