The bungalow is situated at the garden end of the complex which assures more privacy and tranquility, yet the pool is only at some 50 metres distance. The house consists of a garage at the lower level and the main level upstairs with loungeroom and kitchen which has access to the back terrace and the garden. The complex is located at only a couple of kilometres from the Marriott Hotel Golf resort and at 10 minutes' drive from the Javea and Denia beaches.
